SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in the whole country. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Southern Shan, Kayah and Kayin States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Bawlakhae, (41°C) in Pyay and (40°C)each in Naypyitaw(Zayarthiri), Chauk, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi and Pauk.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st March, 2020: Rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin and Northern Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Northern Rakhine States.
