SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan(South and East) and Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (7°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (6°C) above March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperature in Taninthayi Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (44°C) in Chauk, (43°C) each in Gangaw and Bawlakhae and (42°C)each in Monywa, Kyemone, Myinmu, Myingyan, Nyaung Oo, Magway, Pakokku and Sinbyugyun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 31st March, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-6) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
