SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain has been isolated in Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Chin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Kachin and Southern Shan States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk, (40°C) in Bawlakhae and (39°C)each in Magway, Aunglan and Sinbyugyun.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and East Central Bay and a few cloud over the the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th March, 2020: Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region, Northern Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago and Yangon Regions and Mon State.
