SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain or thundershowers has been isolated in Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (5°C) above March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kayin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C)each in Chauk and Gangaw and (41°C)each in Myingyan, Nyaung Oo, Tada U(Avia-Met), Magway and Bawlakhae.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
