SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan, Chin and Kayah States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Magway and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Hakha, (1°C) in Heho, (2°C) in Namsam, (3°C) in Ramthlo, (4°C) each in Loilin and Mongyang and (5°C) each in Nyaung Shwe, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
