SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain has been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region. Weather has been partly cloudy in Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin (Northern and Southern) Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Yangon Region and Eastern Shan State, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Chin and Kayin States, (2°C) above February average temperature in Kachin State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Ramthlo, (3°C) each in Heho, Mongyang and Hakha, (4°C) each in Namsam and Loilin and (6°C) each in Pinlaung, Kengtung, Minesat, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 16th February, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty of (60%).
