SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperatures in Taninthayi Region, Eastern Shan and Chin States and (2°C) below February average temperatures in Mandalay and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan and Kayah States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C)in Hakha, (3°C)in Heho, (4°C)each in Pinlaung and Mongyang, (5°C) in Namsam and (6°C) each in Loilin, Tiddim, Ramthlo and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over North and West central Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
