SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, isolated in Eastern Shan and Chin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperatures in Taninthayi Region and (Northern and Eastern)Shan and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Chauk and (38°C) each in Yamethin, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Pyay, Taunggu, Bawlakhae, Hpa-an and Theinzayet. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Katha (0.43)inch, Homalin (0.36)inch, Mongyang (0.16)inch, Hkamti and Pinlaebu (0.11)inch each and Monyin and Tamu (0.08)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
