SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Kachin State and isolated in Upper Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Chin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) below March average temperature in Chin State, (3°C) below March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Chauk and (39°C) each in Taunggu and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.28) inch in Ramthlo, (0.08) inch in Mogaung and (0.04) inch in Homalin.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
