SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (2°C) above March average temperatures in Magway and Yangon Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) in Chauk, (40°C) in Bawlakhae and (39°C) each in Hpa-an and Theinzayet.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
