SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain has been isolated in Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Mon State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (4°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing and Magway Regions, Shan, Chin and Kayah States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) each in Chauk, Magway, Aunglan and Bawlakhae and (39°C) each in Tada U(Aviation), Sinbyugyun and Taunggu.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
