SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Northern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Sagaing, Kachin, (Northern and Southern)Shan and Kayah States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Eastern Shan, Chin and Kayin States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (42°C) each in Chauk and Bawlakhae, (40°C) each in Monywa, Kyemone, Yamethin, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Gangaw, Sinbyugyun, Pyay, Taunggu and Hpa-an.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
