SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayah and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (3°C) to (4°C) above March average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah and Mon States and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Yangon Region and Kayin State. The significant day temperatures were (44°C)in Chauk, (43°C) in Bawlakhae, (42°C)each in Myinmu, Nyaung Oo and Magway and (41°C)each in Myingyan, Yamethin, Tatkon, Aunglan, Taungdwingyi, Sinbyugyun and Ann.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the West central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
