SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, light rain have been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) above February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Kayah States and (5°C) above February average temperature in Yangon Region and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (5°C) each in Heho and Hakha, (6°C) each in Falam and Ramthol and (8°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung, Loilin, Mindat, Tiddim and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th February, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be in scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated in Taninthayi Region, (Northern and Eastern) Shan and Chin States.
