SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) below February average temperatures in Mandalay Region and Rakhine State, (2°C)below February average temperatures in Magway, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Chin State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (4°C) each in Heho and Mogoke, (5°C) in Ramthlo and (6°C) each in Namsam, Pinlaung and Pyinoolwin.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the East central Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 22nd February, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
