SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain have been widespread in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States and isolated in Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Northern Shan State, weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C)below February average temperature in Chin State, (2°C)above February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kachin and Eastern Shan States and (3°C)above February average temperature in Northern Shan State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Hakha, (7°C) in Mindat, (8°C) each in Heho, Falam, Tiddim and Tongzan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Putao (0.67)inch, Hkamti (0.51)inch, Tongzan and Pinlaebu (0.47)inch each, Homalin (0.39)inch, Monyin (0.35)inch, Ramthlo (0.32)inch and Falam and Matupi (0.28)inch each.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
