SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and isolated in Taninthayi Region and Chin State and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) above March average temperatures in Kayin and Mon States, (3°C) below March average temperature in Chin State and (5°C) below March average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Chauk and (38°C) each in Taunggu, Bawlakhae, Hpa-an, Kawkareik, Myawaddy and Theinzayet. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.12) inch in Mogaung and (0.08) inch each in Katha and Tamu.
