SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Northern Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (5°C) below February average temperature in Chin State, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State, (2°C) above February average temperature in Bago Region, (4°C) above February average temperature in Yangon Region and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (-4°C) in Hakha, (3°C) in Ramthlo, (4°C) in Tiddim, (5°C) each in Namsam and Heho and (6°C) each in Mongyang, Mindat and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th February, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty of (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Northern Shan and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
