SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers has been scattered in Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, isolated in Mandalay Region, Kachin and Chin States and weather has been partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) above March average temperature in Kachin State, (2°C) above March average temperature in Taninthayi Region and (2°C) below March average temperature in Chin State and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C)each in Taunggu and Bawlakhae and (39°C)each in Tatkon, Chauk, Tharrawady and Hpa-an(Agro). The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (0.20)inch each in Myitsone and Yeu, (0.08)inch each in Bhamo and Kyemone and (0.04)inch each in Kyaukmae, Muse, Kalewa and Kalay.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
