SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) below February average temperatures in Lower Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Chin and Kayah States, (2°C) below February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C)in Hakha, (3°C)in Heho, (4°C)each in Namsam, Pinlaung and Mongyang, (5°C)in Loilin and (6°C)each in Mindat, Tiddim, Ramthlo, Pyinoolwin and Mogoke.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17th February, 2020: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainty of (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Taninthayi Region and Mon State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
